Frequently asked questions

Is there parking?

Free parking is available in Lot 40—no permit needed. To avoid a ticket, be sure to park only in this lot. It's located at the corner of Red River Street and Dean Keeton Street. A map is available on the main registration page.

How do I access the room

From the parking lot, walk down either of the two walking paths to the Thompson Conference Center lobby. Use the elevators in the lobby to go to floor 2. Exit the elevator and turn to your right and head down the hallway to room 2.102.

What do I need to bring?

You are welcome to bring a notebook or laptop, or anything you would like to use to take notes during the group. Laptops are not required but you will be able to use this if you would like.

Will the session be recorded?

Our in person user groups are not currently recorded. We will share out a detailed recap document following the session, which will include links for any programs, resources or functionality mentioned during the session!
